Understanding that each wedding and client is unique Rachel offers a bespoke range of wedding packages that can be tailored to your own individual requirements.  These include everything you could need for your perfect wedding day from Ministers and Photographers to Catering and Décor and remove the need for worrying over budgets and sourcing great suppliers as they only work with the very best suppliers available. They also include full planning and on the day co-ordination service as well as styling and design, helping you to bring your wedding ideas and dreams to life.

PLANNING PROCESS

​

Once you have undertaken the difficult task of choosing your venue the booking process is then put in to place.  We will book the minister or church for your chosen date and time and then help you to choose the different elements of your wedding package such as menus, evening entertainment and photographers. Once chosen these will also then be booked on your behalf.  Next you move on to the fun part of styling your day such as the colours, themes, flowers and décor.

At all times a record will be kept of your wedding package, bookings and deposits paid and any changes and alterations.  Rachel offers a very personalised planning service and is contactable 7 days a week to her brides.  As the wedding draws closer this can be invaluable to the nervous bride who just needs a little reassurance or advice as we aim at all times to keep things simple and stress free for our clients.  Three months before your wedding a schedule of your day will be drawn up and distributed to you and all your suppliers so that everyone knows what is expected of them on the day.

Finally, on the day of your wedding Rachel or a member of her Planning & Coordination team will be with you from the start of hair & make up until after the first dance to ensure the total smooth running of your wedding schedule and to be on hand to support you both throughout your day.

STYLING AND DECÓR​

​

Rachel believes it’s the ´little details´ that make your day special and unique and is constantly looking to create new ideas for her weddings whilst working with the natural beauty that the Cortijo's gardens and grounds offer. Rachel & Rebecca work very closely with Janne, her floral designer to create exciting and individual floral arrangements. They all love to create natural and beautiful designs whilst keeping ahead with the latest floral trends.

​

In the evening your wedding is brought to life with our fabulous lighting packages which offer an abundance of fairy lights, candles, floor and hanging lanterns and spotlighting. All put together to create the perfect ambiance for your romantic evening party. For those of you wanting something a bit more modern with lots of wow factor we can add a range of fabulous coloured wash lighting amongst the trees and bushes with a variety of exciting lighting designs for the palm trees or courtyards, plus nightclub style chill out areas and starlit dance floors. The options are endless but you can rest assured that every little detail will be the best it can possibly be!

GETTING MARRIED IN SPAIN​

​

It is only possible to legally marry in Spain if you are either Catholic and wish to marry in a Catholic Church or if you are legally registered as living in Spain and can then have a civil ceremony in your local town hall or occasionally in another venue conducted by the Town Mayor. There are no exceptions to this at the moment so if you are neither of these, as most of our couples are, we advise you to do the legal bit in the uk in your local registry office. You can treat this just a getting the licence to making your blessing here legal and you don’t have to exchange rings or vows, keeping these special moments for your blessing ceremony in Spain.

If you are catholic then again this process is a relatively easy one and we have a dedicated church organiSer who will deal with all the paperwork for you, contacting priests, arranging translators or if preferred an English speaking priest and also legaliSing your marriage certificate with the relevant departments over here.

GUEST CONCIERGE SERVICE

At Rachel Rose Weddings we are conscious of making the whole planning process as simple and stress free as possible for our clients. Many of our couples have brought it to our attention that their wedding guests can end up making them feel like a travel agent with all their questions and booking requirements. So we will make sure your guests have a wealth of information to help them with their travel arrangements as well as their requirements during their stay.

​

Your venue coordinator can be the point of contact for all your wedding guests to assist them with any questions they have such regarding accommodation, car hire, airport transfers, restaurant recommendations etc. With a wealth of local knowledge and concierge contacts you can rest assured that all your guests needs are catered for.
